Be advised that Sharon Williams, Phyllis Mitchell (not a homeowner and therefore prohibited from participating in HOA matters), and Mia Harper are THIEVES and CRIMINALS. They were VOTED OUT in 2018 and refused to step down. Many hours and much money was spent by concerned homeowners to fully document their removal in 2019 and 2020, in which Captain Horn of the Douglasville Sheriff’s office was present at all meetings to oversee and ensure that proper meeting protocol was followed. Proper filings were made with the Georgia Secretary of State, but Phyllis Mitchell illegally modified the records.
Mia Harper refuses to provide transparency and bank records, as I suspect there to be significant theft and mismanagement of HOA funds. This can be easily proven or disproven by providing records, which they say they will do upon proper request but then claim all requests are not proper. Go figure. CRIMINALS. Communist behavior.
They refuse to hand over HOA assets and access; instead using existing relationships with realtors and lawyers to SUBVERT THE LAW and illegally maintain control. I am not a disgruntled homeowner. I am merely advising of the fraud, theft, harassment, and lies. I personally had $2,500 stolen at closing, because I did not ask Phyllis for permission to replace my leaking roof (despite her having NO POWER OR AUTHORITY and NO VIOLATION of covenants or by-laws occurred). They have threatened every neighbor in Hamrick Lake and have coerced many to pay fines and fees that are unjustified.
